President Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a series of meetings today focused on new legislative initiatives and efforts to intensify international pressure on Russia.

In his evening video address, Zelenskyy stated:

“Today I also held meetings to prepare legislative decisions that we plan to implement in the near future.”

He emphasized the importance of maintaining the momentum of pressure on Russia throughout the summer:

“Our communication with all partners continues to ensure that we don’t lose a single day this summer — every day must increase the pressure on Russia.”

Zelenskyy thanked the leaders of the European Union and the United States for their consistent support of Ukraine and determination in confronting Russian aggression.

“I’m grateful to the European leaders, and I want to thank the United States of America — the pressure on the aggressor is not weakening, and that’s crucial.
We are preparing more trouble for the enemy,” the President declared.
