“Wagnerites” arrive en masse in Russian-occupied areas of Zaporizhzhia region, – mayor of Melitopol

On the temporarily occupied territory of the Zaporizhzhia region, a mass settlement of “Wagnerites” is taking place. In addition, there is an accumulation of military equipment in Melitopol and other Russian military settlements in the region. This was announced by the mayor of Melitopol, Ivan Fedorov, on the air of the FREEDOM TV channel.

“Lately, as before, we see the accumulation of Russian military and equipment in the temporarily occupied territories of the Zaporizhzhia region. This is not news about the fact that they began to visit the villages, about what they began to take away from people’s homes. Only in recent days, we see that in the city of Melitopol itself, they occupied another school, which is located in the area of the air town, ”Fedorov noted.

According to him, the Russian occupants are massively entering the apartments and houses of those people who have left. But they also forcibly evict people if they need a specific area. At the same time, they give a day to leave, says the mayor of Melitopol.

“We also see the mass settlement of the “Wagnerites”. For example, 1.5 thousand “Wagnerites” drove into Mikhailivka, and about several thousand are also in Vasilivka. They are coming en masse today to the territory of the temporarily occupied part of the Zaporizhzhia region,” Fedorov said.

He also added that the Russian troops do not stop shelling Zaporizhzhia. For this, the S-300 complex is mainly used.

“Today, the S-300 is the launch complex that “nightmares” the regional center, Zaporizhzhia, regularly. It is from these S-300 systems that shelling is carried out and, first of all, people, the civilian infrastructure of the Zaporizhzhia region are endangered,” the Mayor of Melitopol noted.

Earlier, Fedorov said that 80% of all hospitals in the Zaporizhzhia region were turned into military hospitals by the Russian invaders.
