Vinnytsia region is in “red” quarantine zone

As of today, “red” quarantine zone has extended to another region – Vinnytsia.

The Minister of the Cabinet of Ministers Oleh Nemchinov wrote about it in Telegram, UA informs.

According to the report, from midnight on November 18, 2021, a “red” level of epidemic danger will be introduced in the territory of Vinnytsia region. The relevant decision was made by the State Commission on Technogenic and Ecological Safety and Emergencies at an extraordinary meeting on November 17.

The “red” level of epidemic danger implies a number of restrictions. In particular, the work of public catering establishments, shopping malls, non-food markets and shops, holding mass events, etc. is prohibited. Restrictions will not apply if 100% of employees and visitors to institutions (events) are vaccinated.

Also, restrictions on interregional transport will not apply to fully vaccinated citizens.

As of November 18, the red zone of epidemic danger includes Kyiv, Vinnytsia, Volyn, Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Zhytomyr, Zaporizhzhia, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kyiv, Luhansk, Lviv, Mykolaiv, Odesa, Rivne, Sumy, Kherson, Chernihiv and Khmelnytsky regions.
