In the village of Kolodiazhne, Kovel district, Volyn region, the reconstruction of the White and gray houses of the Kosachs continues. At the moment, the readiness of the object is 40%, the total cost of the work – UAH 11 million.

The estate of Lesya Ukrainka in the village of Kolodiazhne is a historical monument of national importance, which is taken under state protection. For a long time, the houses were in an unsatisfactory condition and needed repairs.
So this year the funds from the state and regional budgets were allocated for the reconstruction of historical buildings. The total estimated cost of renovation works – over UAH 11 million. Repair work of the memorial houses started in June this year as part of the program of President Volodymyr Zelenskyy “Big Construction”.
