Negotiations between Kyiv and Moscow at Ukraine-Belarus border anticipated to begin, Ukraine’s delegation arrived at the site

Russian troops “have slowed their offensive” but are still pushing forward in Ukraine, according to a statement from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on February 28.

The Ukrainian delegation arrived in the area of ​​the Ukrainian-Belarusian border to participate in negotiations with representatives of the Russian Federation.

The delegation included Chairman of the Servant of the People faction David Arakhamia, Minister of Defense of Ukraine Oleksiy Reznikov, Advisor to the Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Mykhailo Podolyak, First Deputy Head of the Ukrainian delegation to the Trilateral Contact Group Andriy Kostin, MP Rustem Umerov and Deputy Foreign Minister of Ukraine Mykola Tochytsky.

The key issue of the negotiations is an immediate ceasefire and the withdrawal of troops from the territory of Ukraine.
