In Belarus, only three of the nine European checkpoints comply with the registration of large trucks.

This was reported by the State Border Guard Service of Belarus, UA writes.

Since the beginning of December, the queues of trucks at the border have increased by another 20%. The busiest route is the Lithuanian route, where a total of almost 2,200 trucks gathered. At the Polish crossings on the Belarusian side there are 1,720 cars in line, on the Latvian side – 1,090.

Only the Ukrainian direction was unloaded, no more than half a hundred trucks. The Belarusian service of Radio Svoboda writes that, according to the drivers, they have to stand in line for five or more days. At the same time, there are no basic living conditions at the border: they wash and go to the toilet on the street.

The restrictions came into force on December 1 and can last up to three months.
