The UATV English reports about it according to the Lviv Media Forum.

Registration is officially open for the Lviv Media Forum 2026, scheduled for May 14–16, 2026. This year, the forum will examine how truth is challenged and trust is eroded in today’s media environment under the theme: “Reality Under Attack: Flight, Freeze, or Fight?”

The forum has become a key annual meeting place for Ukrainian and international media professionals, researchers, policymakers, and representatives of non-profits and international organizations. All events will be held in English to ensure seamless communication among global participants.

Among the confirmed speakers are Lene Rachel Andersen, Danish philosopher and author on postmodern choice and lifelong learning; Natalia Antelava, Georgian journalist and co-founder of Coda Story; and Chris Wylie, the Canadian whistleblower who exposed Cambridge Analytica’s political data operations. Other notable participants include Ukrainian writers, Afghan journalists, Georgian media leaders, and South African media innovators, promising a diverse lineup of voices from across the world.

The forum is designed for professionals operating in the international information space: journalists, public intellectuals, communications specialists, policymakers, and representatives of international organizations. Participants will engage in discussions about media integrity, public trust, and the responsibility of truth-telling in times of conflict and crisis.

Applications are open until May 1, 2026. Participation requires a charitable contribution, waived for active military personnel and veterans. Organizers will review submissions and confirm participation within two weeks of registration. Selection is based on the event’s capacity and objectives.

All news and updates about LMF 2026 will be published on the forum’s official platforms. Questions about registration can be directed to [email protected], and media partnership inquiries to [email protected].

The Lviv Media Forum continues to position Lviv as a hub for global dialogue on media, technology, and philosophy, bringing together leading voices to navigate the challenges of truth in the modern era.
