The state and state-guaranteed debt of Ukraine amounted to UAH 2,485.35 billion, or USD 92.53 billion as of August 31, 2021.
This is reported by UA with reference to the website of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine.
According to the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, external debt accounts for almost 60% of the structure.
During August 2021, the amount of debt decreased in hryvnia equivalent by UAH 14.28 billion (by 0.6%), and in dollar terms – by USD 0.44 billion (by 0.5%).
As of August 31, external debt amounted to UAH 1,463.57 billion (58.89% of the total debt) or USD 54.49 billion, internal debt – UAH 1,021.78 billion (41.11%) or USD 38.04 billion.
The state debt of Ukraine amounted to UAH 2,199.97 billion (88.52% of the total debt) or USD 81.90 billion.
The state-guaranteed debt of Ukraine was UAH 285.38 billion (11.48%) or USD 10.62 billion.
To remind, Minister of Finance of Ukraine Serhii Marchenko presented a bill on the state budget of Ukraine for 2022 to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
