The current draft of the document already reflects most of Ukraine’s key priorities, although it is still at the final stage of coordination, UATV English informs.

Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine (NSDC) Rustem Umerov wrote this on Facebook, commenting on the work of the Ukrainian delegation in Geneva.

“The current version of the document, although still in the final stage of coordination, already reflects most of the key Ukrainian priorities,” Umerov noted.

“We highly value the constructive interaction with the United States and their careful attitude to our comments — this allows us to move forward in the joint process,” the NSDC secretary stressed.

Umerov expressed “hope for further progress during the course of today.”

As reported by Ukrinform, the Ukrainian delegation on coordination of the peace plan has started its work in Geneva, the capital of Switzerland.

Head of the Office of the President Andriy Yermak said that in Geneva he held a first meeting with the national security advisers to the leaders of the United Kingdom, France, and Germany: Jonathan Powell, Emmanuel Bonne, and Günter Sautter.

U.S. President Donald Trump confirmed on 21 November that his administration has set next Thursday as the deadline for Ukraine to agree to the White House plan to end Russia’s war.

Axios reported that this plan consists of 28 points and is divided into four broad categories: peace in Ukraine, security guarantees, security in Europe, and the future of U.S. relations with Russia and Ukraine.

After a conversation with U.S. Vice President J.D. Vance, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said on 21 November that Ukraine, the U.S., and Europe will work at the level of advisers to make the path to peace truly workable.

NSDC Secretary Rustem Umerov stated that consultations on possible parameters of a future peace agreement are beginning these days between senior officials of Ukraine and the United States.

On 22 November, Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed a decree establishing a Ukrainian delegation to take part in the negotiation process with the U.S. and other international partners, as well as with representatives of the Russian Federation, to achieve a just and lasting peace. The delegation is headed by the Head of the Presidential Office, Andriy Yermak.

As previously reported, the Ukrainian delegation has begun work in Geneva, Switzerland, to align the peace plan.
