Architect and designer Victoria Yakusha with her collection of live design FAINA was shortlisted for the best studios in the world from DezeenAwards 2021.

The designer announced it on Facebook, UA writes.

According to her, the idea to create this collection appeared in 2014.

“When we were all united by the idea of ​​freedom in 2014, I wanted to create something that would carry Ukrainian culture and tell the world about it. This is how FAINA happened. For me, these are not just objects, but a live soul, our roots, crafts that we want to pass on” – wrote Yakusha.

Voting for the winner of the audience’s choice continues on the Dezeen website. In addition to FAINA, the interior design project “Istetika” created by her studio is on the shortlist of the best bars and restaurants.

Yakusha’s work can be seen in the Bucha’s coworking “Portal Education and Business” on the street Enerhetykiv, 2. At the MTV VideoMusicAwards ceremony, director Tanu Muino’s video for the song Montero (Call Me By Your Name) by rapper Lil Nas X received three awards. The video became the winner in the nominations “Video of the Year”, “Best Director” and “Best Visual Effects”.
