Today, the mission of the International Monetary Fund started work as part of the first revision of the program with Ukraine.

“The IMF mission headed by Ivanna Vladkova Hollar begins its work today and will continue discussions with the Ukrainian authorities on the first revision of the IMF-supported program. The mission’s meetings will take place online” – said Vagram Stepanyan, the IMF representative in Ukraine.
To remind, Director of the Communications Department of the International Monetary Fund Jerry Rice said that the IMF is ready to work with the Ukrainian authorities in the future to implement the agreements defined by the current stand-by program to conduct an inspection and allocate the next tranche. It will focus on issues of National Bank of Ukraine independence, reforms and strengthening anti-corruption institutions.
