The European Union is concerned about Russia’s actions near the border with Ukraine.
This is stated in the EU statement. It was announced at a regular meeting of the OSCE Permanent Council in Vienna, UA writes.
The document states that the European Union will closely monitor the situation. In addition, the presence of Russian military equipment and personnel in the sovereign territory of Ukraine – in the occupied Crimea and in some areas of Donetsk and Luhansk regions – is alarming.
Earlier it was reported that Heads of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and State Border Guard Service flew to Volyn – will check readiness to protect the border from migrants.
