According to a new poll by The Associated Press-NORC Center for Public Affairs Research, the approval rating of US Vice President Kamala Harris among American adults is steadily increasing.

According to the results of the survey, about half of the adult population of the United States, or 48%, have a very positive or somewhat favorable attitude towards the Vice President of the United States, Kamala Harris.

That’s up significantly from the 39% she had at the start of the summer, before President Joe Biden’s poor performance forced him out of the presidential race.

That figure shows an increase in Harris’s approval rating not only compared to her personal rating, but also compared to Joe Biden’s rating before he dropped out of the race, when 38% of Americans said they had a favorable opinion of him.

Harris’ score is also better than that of Republican Donald Trump, who has a favorable opinion of 41% of American adults.

Today, on Monday, the four-day convention of the US Democratic Party begins in Chicago, where Kamala Harris will be officially announced as a presidential candidate.
