President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed a law #1668-IX “On amending article 21 of the Law of Ukraine “On Medicines” to ban those younger than 14 from purchasing medicines”. The parliament has passed a bill on July 15, 2021.

The law prohibits selling of drugs to persons younger than 14. It also concerns online sales as well as medicines delivery.
If a person, selling or delivering drugs, doubts the age of buyer, he or she has the right to demand a passport of a citizen of Ukraine, or any other document confirming a buyer’s age. In case the latter refuses to show a document the selling or delivery of medicines to this person is prohibited.
The law comes into force the next day after being made public.
