In February, “Zhovten-rental” began a series of press briefings titled “Ukrainian film panorama. Repertoire of the next month”, the message stated.
The purpose of the event is to support and develop the “Ukrainian cinema” brand. Briefings will be held periodically and will be devoted to repertoire novelties of every month.
Director of the “Zhovten” movie theatre Liudmyla Hordeladze announced Ukrainian film premieres: on February 8 the film “Myth” by Leonid Kanter and Ivan Yasnii will be released; On February 15 “Strimholov” directed by Maryna Stepanska will be released; On February 28 the film “Frost” by director Sharunas Bartas will be released.
Also, the short films of the project “Watch Ukrainian – Create Your Future!” will be shown.
It is noted that the “Zhovten” movie theatre assumes the functions of a new film distributor and is going to engage in the promotion of Ukrainian films. Briefings will be held periodically and will be devoted to novelties of the repertoire of each month.
