In case of violation of the agreements on safe navigation in the Black Sea and the cessation of shelling of the energy sector, the parties will turn to the United States.

Zelenskyy said this during a conversation with the Ukrainian media

“For now, we have this answer. If we see that someone is violating, we believe that we appeal to the American side through all our lines with the facts and evidence that the Russian side has violated it.”

The White House issued two separate statements following its expert-level talks with representatives of Ukraine and Russia on March 23-25.

Ukraine and the United States agreed to ensure safe navigation in the Black Sea, and Russia’s movement of its warships beyond the eastern part of the Black Sea would be considered a violation of the “spirit of the agreement.”

Ukraine and the United States also agreed to “implement the presidential agreement on a complete ban on strikes on the energy infrastructure of Ukraine and Russia.”
