The Telegraph has reported that the UK government hasn’t yet granted Ukraine’s request for the use of its long-range missiles in the Kursk region.

“There has been no change,” the media cited a source in the UK government.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy is convinced that Kursk will become the end for Putin and the operation in this Russia’s region is crucial to end the war.

“We see the real trajectory of Russia under Putin: 24 years ago, there was the “Kursk” catastrophe – the symbolic beginning of his rule, and now we see what his end will be. And again, it is Kursk. The catastrophe of his war,” Ukraine’s President claims.

In July, Volodymyr Zelenskyy urged UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer to give up a ban on long-range strikes with the use of UK weapons which would “show leadership” and allow Ukraine to defend itself, destroying Russia’s military bases near the border.
