Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky appointed a new Luhansk regional administration governor.
Serhiy Haidai took over the office instead, replacing the former head, Vitaliy Komarnytsky.
Earlier, the Cabinet of Ministers confirmed five new heads of regional administrations for the Luhansk, Kharkiv, Kirovohrad, Chernihiv, and Kyiv regions.
