I was not at the UN when this happened. This should have happened around the time of the collapse of the USSR in 1990-1991. But no, I have not seen any document yet. And I don&#8217;t know if such a document exists,&#8221; said the head of the General Assembly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As Ukrinform reported earlier, Ukraine has repeatedly raised the issue of the legality of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ukrinform.ua\/tag-rosia\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Russia&#8217;s<\/a>\u00a0membership in the UN, as no documents of the Organization provide for its membership.
