He stated this today, January 19th, at a briefing in Kiev, the correspondent of the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/uatv.ua\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">UA<\/a><\/strong> TV channel reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, the US Secretary of State arrived in order to give a strong signal of support for Ukraine. Among the topics discussed, Yermak named the Ukrainian initiative to introduce a trilateral format of negotiations: the United States &#8211; Ukraine &#8211; Russia, noting that they talked a lot about it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yermak also announced a meeting of advisers to the leaders of the <strong>Normandy format<\/strong>, which should take place, according to him, before the end of January.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The head of the President&#8217;s Office noted that the ceasefire regime observed by Ukraine allows for fewer dead and wounded, but without a clear mechanism, this is difficult to maintain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;It is important that there is an arbiter who monitors the process, and we hope that at the meeting of <strong>Normandy&#8217;s<\/strong> <strong>advisers<\/strong> we will agree on this issue&#8221; \u2013 Yermak said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Also during the meeting, according to him, Ukraine expressed its position on the sanctions policy on <strong>Nord Stream 2.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Today there is a dialogue that makes it possible to realize down to the smallest details: nothing that concerns Ukraine is impossible without Ukraine: in relation to NATO, the EU and energy security&#8221; \u2013 Yermak summed up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Read also:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/uatv.ua\/en\/blinken-if-we-let-russia-go-with-impunity-we-will-open-pandora-s-box\/\">Blinken: If we let Russia go with impunity, we will open Pandora\u2019s box<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To remind, Blinken&#8217;s previous visit to Kyiv took place in May last year.
