{"id":471381,"date":"2021-12-16T16:12:00","date_gmt":"2021-12-16T14:12:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/uatv.ua\/?p=471381"},"modified":"2021-12-16T19:49:42","modified_gmt":"2021-12-16T17:49:42","slug":"ukrainian-parliament-passed-a-law-on-transplantation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/uatv.ua\/en\/ukrainian-parliament-passed-a-law-on-transplantation\/","title":{"rendered":"Ukrainian Parliament passed a law on transplantation"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Today, December 16, the Parliament of Ukraine adopted the law &#8220;On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Regulating the Issues of Transplantation of Anatomical Materials&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/uatv.ua\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">UA<\/a><\/strong><\/strong> reports this with reference to the broadcast of the meeting of the Parliament.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The document was supported by <strong>305 MPs<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The task of the draft law \u21165831 is to improve and increase the effectiveness of the law of Ukraine &#8220;On transplantation of organs and other anatomical materials to humans&#8221;. Changes are being made to the law of Ukraine \u201cOn state financial guarantees of medical care\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The document clarifies and expands a number of terms, expands the basic principles of transplantation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The law specifies the wording that <strong>provides the basis for equality<\/strong> of recipients in obtaining anatomical material and allows the use of modern means of communication for the expression of the will of citizens in the sphere of transplantation.
