But it is necessary to understand that they have a desire to accept it. And we need to understand who to deal with this issue\u201d \u2013 said Danilov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oleksiy Matsuka noted that there is an opinion about the Ukrainian legislation that the international assistance provided by the partners still needs to be taken into account. And this complicates delivery to uncontrolled areas. Oleksiy Danilov commented on this statement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cIt&#8217;s hard for me to say, we have all the organizations that work, it&#8217;s the Red Cross and other partners, they all work in law. We are no different in any way.
