And if necessary, add new rules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is reported by <a href=\"https:\/\/uatv.ua\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">UA<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What could be next as a <strong>result <\/strong>of the work that Ukraine is <strong>carrying <\/strong>out at the international level, and what is the quintessence of all this &#8211; the Deputy Minister for <strong>Reintegration <\/strong>of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine <strong>Ihor Yaremenko <\/strong>answered the <strong>question <\/strong>of the host during the special broadcast on the \u201cDom\u201d channel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c<strong>Diplomacy <\/strong>does not provide for quick results and decisions. We already have <strong>9 resolutions<\/strong>. Since <strong>2016<\/strong>, the UN <strong>General Assembly<\/strong> has decided, in my opinion, the main one. It is that the Russian Federation directly called an <strong>occupying <\/strong>country. This means that such a country has obligations within the <strong>framework <\/strong>of international law\u201d \u2013 the deputy minister said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ihor Yaremenko is one of the authors of the resolution on <strong>human rights in Crimea<\/strong>. Therefore, he is clearly convinced that Russia must return to the \u201cfold of international law\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe Russian Federation is <strong>violating <\/strong>international rules now. At the moment when Russia realizes that it is <strong>necessary <\/strong>to return to the framework and <strong>return the territories<\/strong>, it is necessary to give a clear definition of what is happening now. This is the work of diplomacy\u201d \u2013 he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When asked how <strong>Zelenskyy&#8217;s <\/strong>messages at the <strong>UN <\/strong>can affect relations with Russia, Ihor Yaremenko answered succinctly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cIn contrast to the <strong>President&#8217;s speech<\/strong>, I heard Russia\u2019s speech. And I would not expect something serious from this speech\u201d \u2013 the deputy minister said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He added that <strong>all the countries<\/strong> that are in the hall are very actively <strong>monitoring <\/strong>the messages that are voiced from the rostrum.
