Many infrastructure projects <\/strong>are being implemented in Ukraine. Their goal is to make a \u201cshowcase<\/strong>\u201d out of the country.\u00a0 The head of state noted the active construction of roads in the country, in particular.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Volodymyr Zelenskyy <\/strong>said this at a meeting with representatives of the Ukrainian diaspora<\/strong>, Ukrainian organizations and churches in the Ukrainian Institute <\/strong>of America in New York, UA<\/a> informs with the reference to \u201cDom<\/a>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWho are Ukrainians abroad<\/strong>? Sorry that I am not saying that you are Americans. I believe that you are Ukrainians who are, so to say, \u201cin a long business trip\u201d – the President <\/strong>addressed the meeting participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Volodymyr Zelenskyy noted that the priority of his activity is the restoration <\/strong>of peace in Ukraine. He emphasized that this goal will be achieved through diplomatic <\/strong>means.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cBut there is also a need of the pressure from the international community<\/strong>, everyone who can do at least something to restore the integrity of our state with all our people and territories\u201d \u2013 he added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The President noted that Ukraine is actively developing <\/strong>in all directions now. Large infrastructure <\/strong>projects are being implemented in the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI was driving around New York<\/strong>. I want to say that our roads are already better. Indeed, we are building them now. And now I would like, maybe it is not so correctly said, that we \u201click\u201d our state, so that it becomes a \u201cshowcase<\/strong>\u201d. Because our historical castles, places, streets, paving stones, roads, bridges \u2013 are very important\u201d – said Volodymyr Zelenskyy. He also said that the country is currently discussing <\/strong>the introduction of dual citizenship, in particular, between Ukraine and the United States.
