Firstly, this is an unbranded campaign. We have a public broadcaster responsible for holding the debate. Secondly, they must be readily available. That means everyone can broadcast (the debate). Thirdly &#8211; a clear structure. Then &#8211; there is the allotted timing for questions and answers so that the candidates can convey their fundamental (arguments). And fourth &#8211; is that campaign symbols in the hall and in the studio are banned,&#8221; Head of the Central Election Commission of Ukraine Tetiana Slipachuk said.<\/p>\n<p>Also, the Central Election Commission responded to the appeal of Volodymyr Zelenskiy that Yulia Tymoshenko be the debate moderator at Kyiv&#8217;s Olympiiski Stadium.<\/p>\n<p>They said a presenter can act as a moderator. The moderator must make sure each candidate can convey their thoughts in compliance with the rules. Meanwhile, the Chairman of the Board of the National Public TV Zurab Alasania said that his channel is ready for the debate &#8211; and is ready to comply with the four main rules of the Central Election Commission. A debate at Olympiiski stadium could be in addition to the official one. Zurab Alasania called any debate in the stadium &#8220;a show.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We are ready to hold a debate in this strict format, as per the law on April 19 at 8 p.m. But, aside from that, we are also ready to give the candidates the opportunity to hold a debate in a free format &#8211;
