Past, Present and Future of Relations\u201d forum, Sybiha stressed that U.S. participation remains indispensable for any meaningful diplomatic process aimed at ending Russian aggression, <a href=\"https:\/\/uatv.ua\/en\/\">UATV English<\/a> reports.<\/p>\n    <blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u201cWithout the United States, it is unrealistic to achieve an end to Russian aggression. Simply unrealistic. These are the realities,\u201d Sybiha said. \u201cTherefore, we need both U.S. involvement and U.S. leadership.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n   <p>At the same time, the Ukrainian foreign minister argued that European Union countries should now play a stronger and more active role alongside Washington.<\/p>\n    <blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u201cThe time has also come for a new role for Europe in peace efforts,\u201d he said, emphasizing that American and European initiatives should function as \u201cmutually complementary tracks.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n   <p>Sybiha added that he planned to discuss Europe\u2019s future role in negotiations during an upcoming informal meeting with EU foreign ministers.<\/p>\n   <p>\u201cWe will discuss the role, format, and participation of Europe in peace efforts,\u201d he noted.<\/p>\n   <p>The comments come amid broader concerns about stalled diplomatic engagement.
