Verkhovna Rada supported the ban on the sale of drugs to children under 14 years of age

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine approved the law “On Amendments to Article 21 of the Law of Ukraine” On Medicinal Products “on the Prohibition of the Sale of Medicinal Products to Children.”

306 MPs supported the decision.

The bill proposes to prohibit the sale of medicines to citizens under 14 years old. If the pharmacist has any doubts about the age of the buyer, they should demand the document certifying the age.

Besides, the Verkhovna Rada has also limited the turnover of plastic bags in Ukraine, and approved an appeal to the US Congress on sanctions for Nord Stream 2 pipeline.
