Political advisers to the leaders of the “Normandy Four” discussed the settlement of the situation around Ukraine for 9 hours. This is the second talks in a month of representatives of Germany, France, Russia and Ukraine. After the meeting, Andriy Yermak, Head of the Office of the President, said that the de-escalation process would depend on the progress of these negotiations.
