“Ukrzaliznytsia” resumes international routes and amends train schedule

Ukrzaliznytsia resumes international communication with Hungary and Austria on June 1. This was reported by UATV.

The first train from Kyiv to Vienna will depart on June 1. In the future, the train will run daily according to the following schedule: departure from Kyiv – at 14:07. Arrival in Budapest at 08:20 the next day. The train will arrive to Vienna at 11:21.

In the opposite direction (from June 2), the train will depart at 16:42 and arrive in Kyiv at 17:22 the next day. Train tickets can be purchased at the international ticket offices of the stations.

Passengers can get up-to-date information on the rules of entry into the territory of Austria and Hungary through the official sources of the embassies of Ukraine in Austria and Hungary, as well as through the embassies of these countries in Ukraine.

Ukrzaliznytsia stopped international passenger traffic on March 17, 2020, when the first lockdown was introduced in Ukraine.
