Ukroboronprom presented ammunition for the Ukrainian-made VOG-17V grenade launcher. The development lasted about two years.
This is reported by UA with the reference to the press service of the Special Design Bureau “Vector-B”.
Ukraine has launched the first serial production of melee weapons since the declaration of independence.
“Despite the pandemic, we managed to develop a completely Ukrainian ammunition, which for the first time in the history of independent Ukraine withstood a full cycle of state tests” – the statement said.

Grenades for automatic and under-barrel grenade launchers were developed by specialists of the bureau. The work lasted about two years.
The company noted that the VOG-17V shots transferred for serial production will allow solving the urgent need of the Ukrainian army for ammunition for automatic grenade launchers, which are now provided by imports.
