Ukrainian rowers won 10 medals at the World Cup in Hungary

The Kayak and Canoeing World Cup competitions was held in the Hungarian city of Szeged, the last day of which brought the Ukrainian national team 5 awards.

Lyudmyla Luzan and Anastasia Chetverikova won “gold” medals at the distance of 500 m. They also got “bronze” in the sprint. The silver medalist in the Olympic distance of 500 m was kayaker Maria Povkh, who also took the “bronze” in the kayak double in the 200 m in the mixed doubles together with Ivan Semykin.

Our kayak double in the 200 m, consisting of Maria Kichasova-Skoryk and Lyudmila Kuklinovska, took the second place on the pedestal.

Thus, in Szeged, the national team of Ukraine won 10 medals (2 gold, 3 silver, 5 bronze) and took second place in the Nations Cup, scoring 685 points. In first place was the Hungarian team.

Earlier, Ukraine won 3 medals at the European Championships in diving.

Also, Martha Fedina won “gold” “gold” in artistic swimming.
