Ukraine and India have agreed several documents on cooperation

Agreements on cooperation between Ukraine and India in the medical, agricultural, humanitarian and cultural spheres were agreed upon during the visit of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi to Ukraine.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced this at a meeting with Modi in Kyiv on August 23.

“As of today, we have agreed… four documents for this historic visit of Prime Minister Modi between Ukraine and India. This is the medical field, this is cooperation in the agrarian direction, this is humanitarian relations, this is culture.”

According to the head of state, a joint statement “on building a strategic partnership between our countries, trade between our countries and military-technical cooperation” has also been prepared.

“All this should be strengthened,” Zelenskyy emphasized.

On August 23, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived in Ukraine. This is the first official visit of the Indian Prime Minister to Ukraine since independence.
