Ukraine’s 3×3 Women’s Basketball team defeated their Czech opponents to win the International Basketball Federation’s Under-23 Tournament in Szolnok, Hungary.
The Ukrainian team – Anna Sugak, Natalia Smaliuk and Victoria Kondus – beat the Czechs with a score of 21:14, the Ukrainian Basketball Federation stated.
On their way to the finals, at the group stage, the Ukrainian team defeated Poland (22:13) but lost against the Czech Republic (17:22). Then in the semifinals, they won against Hungary (21:18), to once again face the Czechs.
