Together with Amentum, Clayco Inc, and Westinghouse Nuclear CEOs, Special Representative Penny Pritzker came to Kyiv to discuss Ukraine’s recovery.
This was announced by the U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine Bridget Brink on X.
“…We are committed to enabling Ukraine to build its own future. A transparent business environment and strong rule of law are key to Ukraine’s recovery and its EU pathm” Brink stated.
Pritzker has already met with the head of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine Yuliia Svyrydenko and Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal.
According to U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine Bridget Brink, they discussed possible opportunities for U.S. companies to support Ukraine’s reconstruction and the significance of reforms Ukraine is currently implementing to investments U.S. private sector makes.
“We talked about the work of the Donor Platform MDCP (Multi-agency Donor Coordination Platform for Ukraine). Funding for budget spending, recovery projects and energy support remain our priorities. I thanked for its direct budget support, its energy assistance, and its support for the G7 countries’ decision to provide $50 billion to Ukraine at the expense of future revenues from frozen russian assets,” Shmyhal aslo reported on his X account.
