The United States will provide more military equipment to Ukraine worth $200 million.

This was announced by White House National Security Advisor John Kirby, according to Voice of America.

This package will provide Ukraine with more air defense systems, HIMARS ammunition, mortar rounds, and Javelin anti-tank missiles.

Earlier, after a meeting with US Special Representative for Ukraine’s Economic Recovery Penny Pritzker, Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal claimed that Ukraine expects $3.9 billion in budget support from the U.S. in the following weeks.

“Ukraine is grateful for the $7.85 billion in direct budget support to come from the United States this year. We expect the first $3.9 billion in the coming weeks,” Shmyhal said.
