From April 29 to May 17, a full lockdown is introduced in Turkey due to the outbreak of the coronavirus epidemic. It is reported by UATV.

According to the new epidemiological measures, intercity travel will be possible only with a permit, and intercity transport will operate at only 50% load.

At the same time, Ukrainians who have planned a trip to Turkey for the lockdown period will not have to cancel them, assured the Ambassador of Ukraine to Turkey Andriy Sybiha

“The introduced quarantine, which will last from 19:00 on April 29 to 05:00 on May 17, will not affect Ukrainian tourists. They will be able to move without restrictions between cities without crowds, visit historical museums and other tourist sites in Turkey”, the ambassador said.
