A single tourism portal will be created in Ukraine by the autumn of 2020, Prime Minister of Ukraine Oleksiy Honcharuk has said.

“It is necessary to create all conditions for increasing the flow of tourists coming to Ukraine. These are definitely services. Road infrastructure, which we are actively developing. And also security. That is why a single window for helping tourists is being established to have an opportunity to ask any question and get an answer or help,” Honcharuk said, the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine reported.

The single portal will operate both online and over the phone. It will be launched by the autumn of 2020. In addition, local tourist information centres will be established in the regions.

According to the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports, an agency has been set up, which will, in particular, engage in the implementation of the project.

As a reminder, the creation of a single tourism portal is envisaged by the Action Program of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. It was approved in September 2019.
