The so-called “victory plan,” which President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is set to present to Joe Biden next week, includes an invitation for Ukraine to join NATO and a commitment from the US for ongoing deliveries of advanced weaponry.

Bloomberg reported this.

According to Bloomberg, in addition to the NATO invitation and weapons supply, the “victory plan” also outlines a clear path for Ukraine to join the European Union and includes other economic and security agreements.

Zelenskyy is expected to present a detailed version of the plan to Biden during their meeting in Washington on September 26. He also plans to introduce it to US presidential candidates Kamala Harris and Donald Trump.

Earlier, Zelenskyy revealed that the plan consists of four points focused on strengthening Ukraine’s defense capabilities, “plus one more that we will need after the war.”

The president also mentioned that the “victory plan” is designed for decisions that are expected to occur between October and December 2024.
