The fuel and lubricants depot near the city of Rovenki in the temporarily occupied part of Luhansk region was struck by Ukraine’s Defense Forces. This was reported today, October 12, by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The facility stored oil and petroleum products, which were supplied, in particular, for the needs of the Russian army. After the strike, a fire was reported at the site.
“The task was completed by the forces and means of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine in cooperation with other components of the Defense Forces,” the General Staff reported.
They also reminded that this oil depot had already been hit by Ukrainian weaponry previously.
