The situation with the concentration of Russian troops near the border with Ukraine was a key topic of conversation between US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken and NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg ahead of a ministerial meeting of Allies in Riga.
This was reported in the US State Department following a conversation between the two leaders, UA writes.
The agency noted that Secretary of State Blinken “looks forward” to participating in the ministerial meeting, which will take place in Riga.
