The Ministry of Infrastructure has signed three five-year contracts with port managers

The Ministry of Infrastructure has signed contracts for a period of five years with the directors of the state-owned enterprise (SE) Berdyansk Sea Commercial Port, SE Mykolaiv Sea Commercial Port and Rhine Sea Commercial Port.

This was reported by UA  with reference to the Facebook of the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine.

“In recent years, the leaders of many companies in the industry have been acting. The Ministry’s team is currently working to change this situation. For the first time in the last 5 years, several five-year contracts have been signed as a result of competitions, and this work continues in all enterprises where there are no permanent managers. It is long-term contracts that enable the heads of state stewards to fully implement enterprise development strategies. Responsibility for the result during the term of office is a necessary condition for effective management” – said Yuriy Vaskov, Deputy Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine.

Contracts were concluded with the winners of competitions for positions after approval by the government and the heads of the relevant local state administrations.
