The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is launching an English-language online marathon dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Ukraine’s independence, which is aimed at foreign audiences.

UA writes about it with reference to the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The online marathon will be aired on social networks of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, foreign diplomatic missions of Ukraine and the Ukrainian Institute on August 24 and will be broadcast in all time zones: from Japan to California on the west coast of the United States.

Its main goal is to show that Ukraine is a modern, innovative and creative state that is developing dynamically.

During the marathon, spectators will be greeted, and famous Ukrainians – athletes, performers, artists, entrepreneurs-innovators – will tell about our country. In addition, foreigners who have been successfully working and living here for many years will share their experience and impressions about Ukraine.

Foreign spectators will see stunning landscapes, visit art galleries, fashion shows and movie theaters, learn about IT innovations and secrets of Ukrainian cuisine, visit large stadiums and sports training facilities of the Ukrainian national team, and conquer one of the highest and most complicated hills in the world.
