The life of the soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the trenches near Krasnogorivka, Donetsk region – details

Quickly see what is happening at the positions of the Russian invaders and hide so as not to be spotted. There is less than a kilometer between the trenches of the Ukrainian defenders and the Russian invaders. Every day they fire at each other and fire from various weapons, FREEDOM reports.

“The Dashka is mainly working here, it is a large-caliber, anti-tank machine gun. Their snipers, apparently, suck. It’s much easier here. Here is the “eighty” mortar, bearable. Here you can fight, prepare positions … They are fortified. We can stand and we will stand!” Volodymyr, a serviceman of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, said.

The 26-year-old man came from Germany to defend his country after the start of a full-scale Russian invasion. Earlier, together with his brothers, he defended Maryinka, Donetsk region.

“Maryinka is completely destroyed… There is nowhere to make a position, nowhere to hide. Cannon large-caliber artillery works constantly. Everything is completely destroyed, the houses are completely destroyed, we held on as best we could there. They held positions in small cellars and fought like that, ”Vladimir shared his memories.

Now the soldier of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is holding the defense in a new place – near Krasnogorovka, Donetsk region.

“Diversionary groups are attacking every day, trying to capture our positions. But we manage to hit back, ”said Vladimir.

On their positions, the Ukrainian defenders set up a whole trench town and made life comfortable so that you could relax in rare moments of calm in comfort and warmth.

“Trenches are connected to all dugouts, all communications are connected to trenches. We don’t go from above. Heat, light – everything is there, and enough for a comfortable life. Hot tea, hot food, everything is there, everything is present, ”said Vladimir’s work colleague.

Ukrainian soldiers said that the main thing they dream about is that their dugouts become part of the museum collection as soon as possible, and excursions were given here after the victory over Russia.
