The Kremlin says that Russian President Vladimir Putin’s order to temporarily suspend attacks on energy infrastructure in Ukraine by Russian troops “remains in force and effect.”

“The order of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief is in effect, and the Russian armed forces are refraining from striking Ukraine’s energy infrastructure at the moment in accordance with the agreement that was reached between the United States and Russia.”
At the same time, Peskov emphasized that the agreement that Moscow and Kyiv would not attack certain facilities for 30 days applies only to energy infrastructure: “This is what was agreed upon.”
Starting in the evening of March 20, Russians attacked Ukraine with 214 Shahed-type strike drones and various types of imitator drones; 114 drones were destroyed, and 81 were lost locally.
In the evening of March 20, the Russian army launched attack drones toward Odesa, explosions were heard in the city, and powerful fires broke out. There are reports of casualties. DTEK reported local emergency power outages in Prymorskyi, Peresypskyi and Kyivskyi districts of Odesa.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said that Russia fired artillery at the Sudzha gas metering station in Kursk region to discredit Ukraine, the Defense Forces were not involved.
