The Hungarian government will allocate land to the Ukrainian diaspora in Budapest for the construction of a temple, school and kindergarten.

In Budapest, the head of the UGCC, His Beatitude Svyatoslav, met with Hungarian Deputy Prime Minister Zsolt Shemien. During the meeting, it was agreed that the Hungarian government will allocate land to Ukrainians in Budapest for the construction of a temple, school and kindergarten.

“During the meeting, the Head of the UGCC and the Vice Prime Minister of Hungary spoke about the life of the Ukrainian community in Hungary. His Beatitude Svyatoslav thanked Zsolt Shemien and the Hungarian government for the support of the Ukrainians living in Hungary” – the message says.

The Deputy Prime Minister of Hungary assured the head of the UGCC that the Hungarian government will allocate a land and help in the construction of a church, school and kindergarten.
