On the third anniversary of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, world leaders and the EU leadership arrived in Kyiv today, February 24, to take part in the “Support Ukraine” forum.
In particular, representatives of Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Spain, Canada, Finland, as well as Denmark, Iceland, Norway and Sweden, the OSCE Secretary General, the Minister for European Affairs of France, as well as the President of the European Commission and the President of the European Council visited Ukraine. Despite the air raid alarm, the “Support Ukraine” summit was held in the capital. Representatives of 24 other countries joined it via video link. The main topic of the forum was security guarantees for Ukraine and the future of collective security.

We will work on the tribunal even after the end of the hot phase of this war, – Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said.

Sanctions have a huge impact on Putin’s economy, – Ursula von der Leyen stated.
She also added, that she is “amazed by the quality and speed with which Ukraine is implementing reforms on its way to EU accession”.
“Until there is a peace agreement, we cannot talk about lifting sanctions,” she added.
