The strike and fighter aircraft of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine worked out the task of air strikes on the enemy at the Shyrokyi Lan and Kyiv-Oleksandrivskyi ranges.

This was reported by the press service of the Air Force Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, UA reports.

Shock aircraft – Su-24M and Su-25 aircraft, under cover of MiG-29 and Su-27 fighters, fired missile and bomb strikes at ground targets.

“After that, the fighters practiced aerial combat and inflicted simulated strikes on ground and surface targets in the Black Sea” – the statement said.

During training, a group of fighters intercepted a military transport aircraft An-26, which was hijacked by terrorists. The MiG-29 fighters forced the plane to land at a designated airfield, where SSO soldiers practiced anti-terrorist measures.
