Russian-Led Forces Violate Ceasefire Seven Times Over Past Day

Russian-backed militants violated the ceasefire regime in Donbas seven times on Sunday (Dec. 29).

The enemy fired on Ukrainian positions with mortars banned by the Minsk agreements, grenade launchers of various systems, large machine guns, and other small arms, the press center of Ukraine’s Joint Forces Operation (JFO) headquarters stated.

There were six attacks in the eastern conflict zone and one in the northern.

Russian-led forces attacked Ukrainian positions in the areas of Novotroitske, Mykolaivka, Vasylivka, Mariinka, Shyrokyne, Luhanske.

There were no casualities among Ukrainian troops.
