Russian controlled forces violated the ceasefire five times in Donbas on December 31, 2019 in the Joint Forces Operations area. This was reported by the JFO Headquarters press service.
In the tactical area ‘East’:
- Weapons launchers of various systems near Avdiivka.
In the tactical area ‘North’:
- Two attacks with armored attack vehicles and heavy machine gun fire near Zaitseve;
- Easel anti-tank grenade launcher, large-caliber machine gun and small arms fire near Luhanske;
- Grenade launchers of various systems, large-caliber machine gun and small arms fire near Krymske.
No casualties were reported among Ukrainian troops during the attacks.
