The military losses of the Russian controlled forces fighting in Donbas for the month as of December 15, 2019 amounted to 44 persons, the press service of the Joint Forces Operation HQ reported.
22 were killed directly in battle, according to the staff of the Ukrainian forces. The other 22 were listed as “sanitary losses” — those who were injured due to combat and died later and those who died from unknown non-combat situations.
During the period of December 1 to 15, eight Ukrainian soldiers were killed during combat operations.
